Good to know
The lake Furen is situated in the county of Jönköping and Kronoberg in Småland. In Furen you will find fishes like; pikeperch, pike, whitefish and perch. You can buy fishing licences at several sales, see Fishing licence sale. Boat for rent is also available.
BOAT RAMP
Furens Fvof has made a boat ramp to facilitate launching of the boats. This is located at the beach of Smålands Hawaii and is the only ramp in Furen.
Trailers
These are parked at the specified location at the entrance to Småland Hawaii.
WATER REGULATION
Important: Always control the water level before going out with the boat.
The water level could differ with 1,30m.
PARKING
At Smålands Hawaii you will find parking spaces to the left, at the entrance, before the forest grove.
Please note that parking is not allowed along the road.
This is because those who come with boat trailers can turn down properly to the ramp. Please, park your trailer at the specified location.
BATHING AND BEACHES
Furen has two beaches; Hyltan and Smålands Hawaii.
